Patrick Tshisand · Managing Director
20+ Years of Mining, Metallurgical and Processing Experience
Patrick Tshisand is an experienced metallurgical processing specialist who began his career in the African mining industry in 2003 while completing his university studies in chemistry.
Over more than two decades, he has progressed through analytical laboratory, metallurgical technical services and processing plant leadership roles—from laboratory chemist and senior chemist to Laboratory Manager and Processing Departmental Manager.

His experience covers the complete metallurgical value chain, including analytical laboratory management, metallurgical accounting, process control, production reporting, plant optimization and operational troubleshooting. He has led multidisciplinary technical functions supporting laboratory performance, production management and the reliability of metallurgical information used for operational decision-making.
Patrick now brings this combination of scientific, operational and commercial experience to GO Metrics Supplies, helping mining and metallurgical clients obtain technically appropriate equipment, consumables and engineered supply solutions that support plant reliability, process efficiency and operational continuity.

Michael Tshibwid · Finance & Corporate Operations Manager
Strategic Finance, Taxation, Audit and Corporate Governance Expertise
Michael Tshibwid is an accomplished finance and corporate operations professional with extensive experience in financial management, taxation, audit, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and business advisory in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
At GO Metrics Supplies, Michael provides strategic oversight of the company’s financial and corporate functions. His responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, treasury and cash-flow management, taxation, internal controls, financial reporting and corporate administration. He also supports management in evaluating commercial commitments, managing financial risk and maintaining the governance systems required for sustainable business growth.

Michael has particular expertise in the application of the OHADA legal and accounting framework, including financial reporting under SYSCOHADA, corporate taxation and statutory compliance. His command of both financial regulations and business operations enables him to translate complex requirements into practical systems that strengthen accountability, improve financial control and support informed decision-making.
His experience supporting companies across the mining, industrial and service sectors gives him a broad understanding of the financial and regulatory challenges facing businesses operating in the DRC. He works with management teams, auditors, tax authorities and institutional partners to promote transparent reporting, sound governance and operational resilience.
Michael holds qualifications in Financial Management from the University of Lubumbashi and in Budget Management and Financial Decision-Making from HEC Montréal.
He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MAP Consulting, where he advises businesses on finance, taxation, audit readiness, regulatory compliance and corporate structuring. Through this work, he helps organizations strengthen their financial systems, manage statutory obligations and build sustainable operating models.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Michael is deeply committed to social development and philanthropy through the MAP Foundation. Bismarck Nzengu · Technical Operations Manager & Process Engineer
20+ Years of Mining, Metallurgical and Processing Experience
Bismarck Nzengu Kibale is a qualified Chemical Process and Materials Engineer with practical experience in mineral processing, metallurgical operations, mining supply chains and occupational health and safety.
His career includes hands-on responsibilities in flotation, magnetic separation, ore preparation, crushing, screening and mineral concentration, as well as operational exposure to both pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes. This field experience gives him a practical understanding of processing plant requirements and the operational consequences of equipment, reagent or critical-spares shortages.
Before joining GO Metrics Supplies, Bismarck worked in plant operations at Ruashi Mining and subsequently served as an HSE Safety Officer at Tenke Fungurume Mining, where he supported workplace inspections, permit-to-work controls, incident reporting and compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 principles.
At GO Metrics Supplies, he contributes to the technical evaluation of customer requirements, metallurgical process support and the coordination of critical reagents, equipment and plant spares. His combined expertise in process engineering, field operations, supply-chain coordination and HSE management helps ensure that proposed solutions are technically appropriate, operationally practical and aligned with site safety requirements.
Nathan Malong · Procurement & Customer Relations Manager
20+ Years of Mining, Metallurgical and Processing Experience
Nathan Malong’s professional experience is centred on business administration, financial management and organizational support.
He began his career with GO Metrics Supplies, serving as an Operations Assistant from 2022 to 2023. This role provided him with practical experience in the operational, logistical and administrative aspects of a growing business.
Through the collaboration between MAP Consulting and GO Metrics Supplies, Nathan subsequently expanded his responsibilities into areas aligned with his professional training and capabilities, including accounting, corporate taxation, payroll administration and human resources management.
Today, he supports both organizations through accounting and tax follow-up, statutory and regulatory administration, payroll management, human resources administration and day-to-day operational coordination.
His combined operational and financial experience gives him a broad understanding of business requirements and enables him to contribute to the development of practical, structured and sustainable management solutions.
